Hi! We are Lourdes and Jaad , founders of SUPERSENTIALS👋

We believe that good health begins with good habits , and that it all starts with what we eat. Our food is our fuel: when it's clean, natural, and potent, our body and mind flourish .

How it all began

Our adventure began in an unusual place for a farm: the small kitchen of our sailboat . There, sailing and living simply, we set ourselves a clear goal: to feed our family better , even when options were limited. We wanted real food, full of life and nutrients, grown naturally and without additives.

What began as an experiment aboard our sailboat transformed into a mission: to help other people access authentic, practical and effective nutrition that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

From fresh microgreens to freeze-drying

We started by growing fresh microgreens , delivering them daily to local chefs, families, and healthy food enthusiasts. We learned about each plant, each seed, and each natural cycle. And we discovered something fundamental: the value of living, freshly harvested produce .

But we also realized a reality: freshness isn't always available to everyone , nor is it always available at the right time. Modern life is fast-paced, and maintaining consistent healthy habits isn't always easy. That's why we decided to take it a step further: to find a method that would allow us to preserve the full potency of our microgreens without adding anything and without losing their essence.

Why we chose freeze-drying

This is how we arrived at freeze-drying , a natural process that removes water at low temperatures, keeping the nutrients, enzymes, and active compounds of each plant intact . This technique allows us to bring the freshness of the field into everyday life : the same microgreens we cultivate with such care, now available in a practical, safe, and long-lasting format—ready to accompany you every day, wherever you are.
