Frequently Asked Questions.

Have questions? You're in the right place.

We’ve gathered the most common questions to help you better understand SYNERGIC, how to use it, and how it fits into a simple, natural routine, with clear and transparent information.

Why do we pack the powder in a glass jar and not in a bag? +

Glass offers a better barrier against light, oxygen and moisture, which helps preserve the integrity of the most delicate phytonutrients for longer. Unlike plastic packaging or three-layer pouches, glass does not release residues into the product and is fully recyclable.

Although glass packaging is more expensive, we consider it essential to guarantee the purity of the product and its stability over time.
Our priority is to protect what really matters: the quality of the ingredients, without compromise.

What is the small sachet inside the SYNERGIC jar? +

Its function is to neutralize the oxygen present in the air of the package, helping to protect the product from oxidation.

This allows for better preservation of the freshness, stability, and quality of the most sensitive phytonutrients over time, without adding any preservatives to the product.

The absorbent sachet is safe for contact with food, is not edible, and should be kept inside the jar until the product is finished.

How long should sulforaphane be taken? +

Clinical trials have studied sulforaphane over periods ranging from a few days to several weeks or months. There is no universally established duration.

To make it a regular part of the diet, consistency is much easier when preparation is quick and the amount used is always the same.

How does it differ from other sulforaphane supplements? +

There are several ways to provide sulforaphane. Many supplements rely on a seed extract or a stabilized sulforaphane: since sulforaphane is an unstable molecule, some formulas use extraction, synthesis or stabilization processes, which may involve solvents and encapsulating agents such as cyclodextrins.

SYNERGIC is different in how it is obtained. We don’t extract or stabilize anything: we grow five varieties of microgreens, freeze-dry them whole and, when mixed with water, sulforaphane forms in your glass, ready to drink. At least 10 mg in every dose.

And because it comes with the rest of the plant (glucosinolates, vitamins and other phytocompounds), it is not just sulforaphane: it is a more complete plant source. In addition, every batch is tested in an independent laboratory.

Why choose SYNERGIC as your natural supplementation base? +

SYNERGIC is designed as a daily foundation of natural supplementation because it brings together three important criteria: a simple composition, a complete plant matrix and a routine that is easy to maintain over time.

It is made only from freeze-dried microgreens, with no additives, no extracts and no added sugars. This delivers protective plant compounds within a complete food matrix, just as they are present in the plant.

One scoop a day, mixed into water, yogurt, toast, smoothies or any meal. It does not replace a varied diet, but helps you strengthen your plant-nutrition foundation in a simple and consistent way.

Is SYNERGIC organically certified? +

We have chosen not to focus on a specific certification, but rather on complete process control. Our microgreens are grown in a controlled environment, without pesticides or herbicides, with rigorous monitoring of seeds (organic and non-GMO), water, growing conditions, and processing.

This approach allows us to ensure consistent quality, high purity, and better product stability, beyond what a certification alone covers.

We prefer to be transparent: we do not use the term “organic” as a commercial label, but rather work to offer the cleanest and most controlled product possible, without compromise.

Is SYNERGIC tested by independent laboratories? +

Yes. SYNERGIC is tested by external, independent laboratories.

Each batch is analyzed to verify its quality and safety, including checks for contaminants and heavy metals, in accordance with European food safety regulations.

Beyond testing the finished product, we place great importance on controlling the entire process: we establish checkpoints from seed to packaged product. This multi-layered approach allows us to guarantee the consistency, purity and reliability of the product in every batch.

Our goal is to offer a food supplement that meets high safety standards, without compromise.

How does freeze-drying work? +

Freeze-drying removes water from food without heat. The microgreens are first rapidly frozen at –40 °C. Then, under vacuum, the ice turns directly into vapor without passing through a liquid phase. The water is removed; the nutrients remain.

The result is a stable powder, free from preservatives and additives, that preserves more than 95% of the nutritional value of fresh microgreens.

See this answer on its own page →

Does freeze-drying change the nutritional value of microgreens? +

It does not create or modify it. Its function is to preserve, as much as possible, the natural profile of the food as it exists in the fresh microgreen.

See this answer on its own page →

Is freeze-drying better than traditional drying? +

Yes. Carried out at low temperature and under vacuum, freeze-drying limits the thermal and oxidative degradation of nutrients and sensitive compounds, compared with heat-based methods.

See this answer on its own page →

Is a freeze-dried product an extract or a concentrate? +

No. A freeze-dried product is the whole food with the water removed. No specific compounds are isolated or concentrated. When the water is removed, the volume shrinks and, weight for weight, the nutrients are much more densely present.

See this answer on its own page →

Is 1 g per day enough? +

It may seem small. But microgreens are naturally highly concentrated in phytonutrients, and freeze-drying removes only the water, not the compounds themselves.

What remains is the whole plant, with its phytonutrient matrix intact, concentrated through freeze-drying.

One gram of SYNERGIC concentrates the equivalent of more than fifteen times its fresh weight.

How does cooking affect sulforaphane formation? +

Heat can inactivate myrosinase, the enzyme that converts glucoraphanin into sulforaphane.

That is why broccoli rich in glucoraphanin does not guarantee an equivalent amount of sulforaphane. Boiling it can significantly reduce its formation, while brief steaming usually preserves this process better.

Even when eating broccoli regularly, it is hard to know how much sulforaphane we are actually getting.

See this answer on its own page →

How do I know I’m really taking sulforaphane? +

Because we don’t settle for measuring its precursor, glucoraphanin. We have analyzed how much sulforaphane actually forms when you prepare SYNERGIC with water, under real consumption conditions.

The result: each dose provides at least 10 mg of sulforaphane formed in the glass, backed by laboratory analyses and a reproducible preparation protocol.

See this answer on its own page →

What is the daily dose of SYNERGIC? +

One dose is 1 g of SYNERGIC (one level measuring scoop, included), once a day. Each dose provides at least 10 mg of sulforaphane.

Put the dose in a glass of cold or room-temperature water, stir, wait 2 minutes and drink within 10 minutes: this is the time it takes for sulforaphane to form.

Important information:
SYNERGIC is a food supplement. It should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or medical treatment, consult a healthcare professional.

See this answer on its own page →

How much sulforaphane does one dose provide? +

Each dose of SYNERGIC provides at least 10 mg of sulforaphane, formed in your glass just before drinking, when you follow the three preparation steps. This is shown by our laboratory analyses, which you can review.

See this answer on its own page →

How much sulforaphane do we need per day? +

There is no officially recommended daily amount of sulforaphane.

Clinical studies have used very different doses depending on the objective being studied. That is why we cannot establish a single optimal amount for everyone.

What matters is distinguishing between the amount of glucoraphanin present and the sulforaphane that finally forms and becomes available.

Moreover, when trying to maintain a consumption habit, consistency and ease of preparation are important factors.

Wouldn’t eating broccoli be enough? +

Eating broccoli is an excellent choice, and SYNERGIC does not aim to replace it.

But obtaining sulforaphane depends on many factors: variety, maturity, preparation, temperature and myrosinase activity.

SYNERGIC offers a practical alternative: selected, freeze-dried microgreens with a preparation protocol designed to form sulforaphane reproducibly. Without having to prepare raw cruciferous vegetables every day.

See this answer on its own page →

Why does it cost more than other supplements? +

Because we do not start from an isolated industrial ingredient bought in bulk.

Our Whole-food Sulforaphane System™ provides something an extract or an isolated molecule does not: sulforaphane activated by you, ensuring you are really taking the intended amount, reinforced by the natural phytocompounds of a superfood, microgreens.

See this answer on its own page →

Why not simply eat broccoli? +

Eating broccoli is excellent. But getting enough sulforaphane is not that simple.

Young sprouts contain much more glucoraphanin than mature broccoli. In addition, producing sulforaphane requires myrosinase, a heat-sensitive enzyme that can be inactivated by cooking.

How much broccoli would you need?

To get close to 10 mg of sulforaphane, we estimate you would need about 600 g of raw broccoli or about 4 kg boiled, depending on the variety and preparation.

With SYNERGIC, we concentrate the potential of five whole microgreens in a small daily dose, with a natural sulforaphane-formation system that activates in water.

Keep eating broccoli.
SYNERGIC gives you your daily dose of sulforaphane.

Why is SYNERGIC so nutritious? +

Because it is made of whole freeze-dried microgreens.

These young plants stand out for their natural density in nutrients and phytonutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, carotenoids and glucosinolates.

We use no extracts and no additives: we preserve the complete plant matrix, with the natural diversity of compounds that work together within the plant.

See this answer on its own page →

Can I get enough sulforaphane by eating broccoli? +

Broccoli is a natural source of glucoraphanin, the main precursor of sulforaphane. However, the amount of sulforaphane we actually obtain can vary enormously depending on the variety, maturity, preparation and myrosinase activity.

To reach certain amounts used in research, large portions of conventional broccoli may be needed, especially when conversion is limited.

Broccoli microgreens offer a much more glucoraphanin-concentrated alternative.

See this answer on its own page →

What are microgreens? +

They are young plants harvested a few days after germination.

At this stage, they concentrate a high density of protective plant compounds, such as polyphenols, carotenoids and glucosinolates.

That’s why we harvest them at this precise moment and freeze-dry them whole, to preserve their complete plant matrix.
