Can I travel with SYNERGIC?
Yes. It does not need refrigeration as long as it is kept in its original packaging and under the specified conditions. You can prepare your dose with water whenever you need it.

Stir and wait 2 minutes. On contact with water, the plant’s natural components react to form sulforaphane.

Why does sulforaphane form in the glass?
The microgreens in SYNERGIC contain the components of the natural sulforaphane-forming system, including glucoraphanin and the enzyme myrosinase.
When water is added, the conditions are met for myrosinase to convert glucoraphanin into sulforaphane.

Why a daily serving?
Sulforaphane doesn’t stay in your body indefinitely. It is absorbed, metabolized and eliminated relatively quickly.
That’s why, to provide it consistently, you need to repeat the serving. SYNERGIC is designed for exactly that: one dose a day, easy to keep up, with a known amount of sulforaphane in every serving.
What happens with sulforaphane in your body?
After absorption, sulforaphane is converted into various metabolites that are primarily eliminated through urine. Human studies show that much of this elimination occurs within the first 24 hours.
A daily dose helps establish a consistent routine, although the optimal frequency for achieving specific benefits has not been established.

What does it taste like?
SYNERGIC has a distinctive vegetal flavor, with notes of broccoli and radish. It is not a sweet drink: it is a blend of five whole microgreens. You can start by trying it with cold water, following the preparation instructions.
Can it cause gas or bloating?
Not necessarily. The daily dose is small, approximately 1 g, but some people are especially sensitive to vegetables in the cruciferous family, such as broccoli or cabbage.
Tolerance varies from person to person. If these vegetables usually cause you discomfort, you can start with a smaller amount to see how you feel.
Can it affect bowel movements?
Everyone has their own digestive rhythm. Although individual changes may occur when introducing a new food, we cannot guarantee that SYNERGIC improves bowel regularity or attribute a specific effect to it on transit.
Is it low in FODMAP?
We do not yet have a specific analysis that allows us to classify SYNERGIC as low in FODMAP. If you follow a low FODMAP diet due to digestive sensitivity, it is worth taking into account.
